Welcome to Fremeazo. By accessing or using our website/app ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
1 Eligibility
By using our Platform, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are using the Platform for lawful purposes.
2 Products
We sell fresh meat, seafood, and related food products.
All product images are for representation only. Actual products may vary in size, weight, or appearance.
Weight mentioned is approximate. Due to cleaning, trimming, and processing, the final delivered weight may differ slightly.
3 Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product at the listed price (inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned).
Orders will be confirmed only after payment is successfully made (unless Cash on Delivery is offered in your area).
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including unavailability of stock, inaccurate information, or payment issues.
4 Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
In case of any error in pricing, we may cancel your order and process a refund.
5 Delivery
We deliver only to select serviceable areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available, the delivery may be marked as failed, and no refund may be issued for perishable items.
Once delivered, responsibility for storage and usage of the product lies with you.
6 Quality & Freshness
We follow strict hygiene and cold-chain processes from procurement to delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or of incorrect quantity, you must inform us within 2 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Our goal is your satisfaction, we will assess your request promptly and offer the most suitable refund or replacement.
7 Cancellations & Refunds
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed, packed, or dispatched.
Refunds may be provided in cases such as:
Non-availability of product
Delivery failure from our side
Quality issues reported within 2 hours with proof
Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment and may take 3–7 business days.
8 Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
Misuse the Platform in any way.
Attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
Engage in fraudulent transactions.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.
We may restrict or terminate your account for any misuse.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including text, images, logos, graphics, and software is our exclusive property or is used under license. You must not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
10 Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability for any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
13 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Rs. 39 for orders below Rs. 299
Rs. 29 for orders above 299 and below Rs. 499
Free delivery for orders above Rs 499
15 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
